I was sure that in Australia everyone knows that a lotion with SPF must be used from October until April. But I was very surprised when I understood that a lot of women don’t use it even in summer.
They think that a broad-brim style hat can help. It is very dangerous to think like that. A hat (even with a wide brim) can’t fully protect you from the ultra-violet rays because they reflect from buildings, asphalt, sand and so on and you still get a high level of UV.
Why it is so dangerous? Because ultra-violet is a number one in ageing. This factor is even more important than your genes. If you don’t want to look ten years older when you are 40, you need to use SPF creams.
Also, sunbathing (even with SPF cream) ages your skin very quickly. Sun radiation cause birthmarks, warts and dark spots and the older you are the more chances you get these problems.
Long exposure to UV rays can also cause skin cancer (melanoma). Don’t risk your health and beauty – use creams with SPF and reduce sunbathing (beautiful suntan today turns to wrinkles tomorrow).
I know that many people don’t use creams with SPF because they have allergies and irritation after that.
For example, I have red spots if I apply SPF directly to the skin so I use my Ecobeauty cream first, wait for 1 minute and then apply sunblock. The result is no irritation and good protection.
Ayurveda is a system of medicine with more than 5000 years of history. In some cases, the Ayurvedic approach can help with diseases that cannot be effectively treated by modern Western medicine.
Ayurvedic cosmetics slow down skin ageing processes, smooth out wrinkles and tone up the skin. Ayurvedic cosmetic products are so effective because they contain natural Indian herbs,
essential oils and minerals. Herbs for use in cosmetics are organically grown, picked up by hands and never been treated by chemicals.
Do you know how many different bacterias we have on our hands? Have you ever thought what diseases they can cause?
Fly, Upper respiratory tract infection, Ascariasis, Dysentery, Conjunctivitis, Tinea versicolor, Hepatitis A - we can continue this list but better just wash your hands properly!
Clean hands protect against infection.
Protect yourself:
• Wash your hands regularly. After being outside, after you touch money, before eating any food etc …
• Wash your hands with soap and water, and dry them thoroughly.
Why my household products are so good
I am very keen about nature! I recycle everything that is possible to recycle, I try to use only organic and bio-dynamic products because they have minimum impact on nature and I buy clothes in op-shop. I try to reduce my impact on nature. That's why I made my home cleaning brand – Ecobeauty home!
This surface spray is safe to your health, doesn’t dry out your skin and safe for grey water. Now you can recycle grey water and even use it for watering your garden! (Natural surfactants in my products are great wetting agents)!
You don’t need gloves then you clean your home and wash your dishes, this product take care of you hands because it contains aloe vera juice and rosemary infusion from my garden and also organic glycerine. And it has zero nasty chemicals! Only plant-based ingredients!
Have you ever noticed that a lot of non-organic household products don’t have ingredients list on their label? What big companies try to hide? Actually, there are compounds that are harmful to nature and carcinogenic or allergy-related and are also highly irritating! Of course, when we use household products we can use gloves to protect the skin but we can’t protect our respiratory system from smells and mist. And it is very sad that finally everything goes to the sewerage system and then to the ocean! We pollute our nature just because we use non-organic household products!
