In the rare case that you wish to return the product for any reason, including change of mind, we will happily refund the purchase in line with the return policy below:

▪ You must contact us within 14 days days of receipt of product(s) to authorise a return. Please click HERE to get contact details.

▪ All items you wish to return must be in saleable condition, unopened and with original packaging intact.

Once we receive and successfully review the returned products, we will refund you the original purchase price of products returned. 

If you are returning the products that were faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping will be at no cost to you.

For returns due to other reasons including change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition (used, opened etc).
Also we do not offer a refund for items on sale.
