I love working in my garden. This is my passion. I can spend all day planting, digging, weeding….  There are only two problems: back pain and dry, cracked and chapped hands. First problem resolve by sport belt, second problem solve by hand cream! I use Ecobeaty organic hand cream before I make gloves and after I wash my hand. Also I use cream every time than I wash dishes and after bath. Cream make my hand soft and smooth and prevent dryness.

If you love gardening or water sports I really recommend Ecobeaty organic hand cream for  your maximum care and protections.

How to treat acne and rosacea

To get rid of acne you need to find out the real cause. It can be bacteria or candida, but it can also be hormonal fluctuations when we can only treat the symptoms!

Don’t use scrub for acne prone skin. It can help to spread bacteria all over your face and make things even worse. Better use fruit acids and a face mask.

To treat existing acne and prevent it from appearing again, use Ecobeauty face mask 3 times a week. Kaolin clay and vitamin E in the mask are the best solution for acne prone skin. Also try a cream with vitamin A - just put vitamin A into a night cream, mix and use for acne prone skin. You can also buy this type of cream in a pharmacy, but it is non-organic and costs a fortune. It is not a panacea but it helps to reduce new acne and improves the appearance of the existing.

If you have acne prone skin, you should use moisturizers without oils or with non-comedogenic oils! Some oils are also believed to help with acne, for example: sunflower oil, evening primrose or calendula oil.

Oils like Hemp seed oil, Emu oil, Argan Oil, Castor Oil, Mango Butter, Kukui Oil, Prickly Pear Seed Oil and Safflower Oil are non-comedogenic and you can use them in your creams or buy cosmetics with these oils. Don’t use cooking oils for cosmetics – they are not suitable for creams and moisturizers and may be comedogenic.

Ingredients you should include in your cream: salicylic acid, vitamin B3 and Zinc oxide

Which ingredients you should leave out: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Laureth, Steareth 10,  Algae Extract,  Carrageenan.

Comedogenic oils: Palm Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Butter, Coconut Oil.

Middle age recipes. Rosemary.

Rosemary is used for improving memory, eyesight, cerebral blood flow.  Rosemary helps with colds, has choleretic and tonic effect, relieves stress and nervous tension.
In Shakespeare's Hamlet,  "There's rosemary, that's for remembrance." (Hamlet, iv. 5.)
Rosemary mixed with white wine make the face beautiful.
In the Middle Ages, rosemary was associated with wedding ceremonies. The bride would wear a rosemary headpiece and the groom and wedding guests would all wear a sprig of rosemary. From this association with weddings, rosemary was thought to be a love charm.
